Kincaid Alarm Co. is a subsidiary of Kincaid Electrical Services, Inc., based in Lake Wales and family owned and operated since 1973. We serve Polk County, Orlando and the surrounding Central Florida area, and Chris Kincaid heads up the alarm division.

In Florida. It is UL Listed, FM Approved, and has been in business since 1978, with a proven track record of professionalism and consistency. Your signals are not routed to a facility in another time zone, which matters most during the storms that cause the alarms in the first place.
How much does monitoring cost?
Basic central station monitoring starts at $25.50 per month. Total Connect Remote Services, which adds arming and disarming from your phone, custom alerts, event history and live video, starts at $5.99 per month on top of that. Equipment and installation are quoted in writing after a free assessment, because they depend entirely on the property.
Can you take over the alarm system I already have?
In most cases yes. We evaluate and test the existing system to confirm it works properly and can be relied on, then take over the monitoring. If it cannot be relied on, we make it affordable to upgrade rather than insisting on a full replacement. We are factory authorized on Ademco and Honeywell equipment, which covers a large share of what is installed around Polk County.
Do you install security cameras?
Yes. We install advanced IP camera systems in true HD, up to 4MP, for homes and businesses. Every camera system comes standard with a free remote viewing app so you can watch from a phone, tablet or computer anywhere you have an internet connection.
