Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to providing customized security solutions that meet the unique needs of your business. We understand that every business has different security requirements, which is why we take a consultative approach. We work closely with you to assess your security needs and design a solution that fits your budget and provides maximum protection.

We only use high quality security products from leading manufacturers, our certified technicians install the system professionally and efficiently, and our ongoing maintenance keeps it operating properly. Security is an ongoing concern rather than a one-off purchase, which is why the monitoring runs 24 hours a day and why the people who installed your system are the people who answer when you call about it.

What commercial security has to answer for

A business system is not a bigger house system. These are the four problems it exists to solve, and each one changes the design.

After-hours intrusion

  • Perimeter detection on doors, roll-ups, windows and roof hatches
  • Interior detection on the routes between an entry point and anything worth taking
  • Signals to a UL Listed central station that dispatches, rather than a siren nobody hears in an industrial park
  • Video tied to the alarm so an operator or an owner can see what actually tripped it

Internal loss and disputes

  • Open and close reporting, so you know who unlocked the building and at what time
  • Individual user codes rather than one code everybody shares
  • Camera coverage at the register, the stock room and the dock
  • Retention long enough that a claim raised weeks later still has footage behind it

Controlling who goes where

  • Access control on the doors that separate public, staff and restricted areas
  • Credentials that can be removed the day somebody leaves
  • Schedules so a credential works during a shift and not at midnight
  • An audit trail of every door event

Life safety and property conditions

  • Monitored fire alarm systems with the inspection and testing record to match
  • Temperature monitoring on coolers, freezers and server rooms
  • Water detection where a leak would stop the business
  • Power failure notification for refrigerated stock

How we work with a business

  1. 1

    Consultation and risk assessment

We walk the site with whoever runs it. What has actually gone wrong before, what would hurt most if it went wrong tomorrow, who needs to be where and when, and what your insurer or franchise agreement requires. That conversation shapes the design more than any product sheet.

  2. 2

A design and a written price

A customized solution that fits your budget and provides maximum protection, scoped in writing. If it needs phasing across a budget year, we sequence it so the first phase stands on its own.

  3. 3

    Professional installation

Our certified technicians install the system efficiently and around your trading hours where the work would otherwise get in the way. Cable is run properly, devices are labelled, and the documentation stays with the building rather than in our van.

  4. 4

    Monitoring, maintenance and support

The system reports to a UL Listed, FM Approved Florida central station 24 hours a day. Ongoing maintenance keeps it operating at optimal performance, and our team is available to answer questions and support the system long after the install is signed off.

Common Questions

Commercial Security FAQs

Do you work with small businesses or only large accounts?

Both. We work with businesses of all sizes, from small retail shops to large corporations. A two-door storefront gets the same consultative process as a warehouse, because the point of the process is to work out what you actually need rather than to sell a package.

Can you monitor a system we already have?

In most cases yes. We evaluate the existing equipment, tell you honestly what is serviceable, and take over the account rather than replacing hardware that works. Our alarm takeover page covers what the evaluation looks at.

What does 24/7 monitoring and response actually mean?

Your signals go to a UL Listed, FM Approved central station in Florida that has been in business since 1978 and is staffed continuously. An alarm activation gets an immediate response following the procedure set up on your account, which for most commercial sites means verification calls to a keyholder list and dispatch of the Sheriff or your city police.

Can one system cover several locations?

Yes. Multi-site accounts are common, and video and access control can both be administered across sites from one place with permissions set so a site manager sees their own location and an owner sees all of them.

Will installation disrupt our operations?

We schedule the disruptive work around your hours. Most of our commercial installs happen in operating businesses, and we do not leave open ceilings, cable spools or ladders in customer areas overnight.

Do you handle the fire alarm side too?

Yes. Commercial fire alarm systems, including their inspection and testing requirements, are covered on their own page. Having the fire, intrusion, video and access systems come from one contractor means one number to call and one company accountable for how they work together.

Do you offer maintenance agreements?

Yes. Ongoing maintenance keeps the system operating at optimal performance and is how you avoid discovering a failed device during an actual event. For sites with a fire alarm, the maintenance schedule also carries the required inspection and testing, which is not something to leave to memory.

Can you meet our insurer's requirements?

Tell us what your carrier or franchise agreement specifies and we design to it. UL Listed central station monitoring is the requirement that comes up most often, and ours is UL Listed and FM Approved. We can provide an alarm certificate for your carrier.

Already have a system on the wall?

We test it, tell you honestly what is worth keeping, and take over the monitoring.
